Independent quality seal confirms REACH conformity of products
Jüscha® GmbH was awarded the DEKRA the successful establishment of a REACH-compliance management system.
Jüscha® GmbH has already introduced and implemented corresponding processes and procedures internally in the past, for which it was recognised for the first time in November 2012 by the DEKRAreceived the "REACH Conformity of Products" seal. JÜSCHA has received this seal every year to date. Jüscha® GmbH uses the certified procedure to check product safety and make the chemical composition of the articles in its extensive portfolio transparent.
EU chemicals legislation "REACH" (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of CHemicals) requires manufacturers and importers of all types of products to declare substances of very high concern (SVHCs) and record them on a candidate list. The DEKRA checks both the products and the packaging of the Alumaxx, JSA, Alassio, Pride & Soul, Lightpak and bind brands. The DEKRA REACH Compliance Management supports companies in determining this information efficiently. The constant review and expansion of the products, suppliers and candidate list ensures that the information is always up to date.
