Realisation and implementation
The undersigned company undertakes to receive employees of JÜSCHA GmbH or third parties commissioned by JÜSCHA GmbH at any time, unannounced or announced, for the purpose of checking the degree of implementation of the Code of Conduct. The aforementioned parties must be provided with the necessary true information, documents and resources without delay. In addition to information on operational procedures, this also includes information on the passing on of orders to subcontractors.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
Depending on the outcome of the audit and the extent to which the production facility has made improvements, we arrange for the auditors to visit again. Our employees from Product Development and Purchasing are also on site at the plants. During the visits, they specifically check whether and to what extent the previously criticised points have been improved.
The follow-up visits also offer the production facilities the opportunity to demonstrate improvements and work out solutions together in the event of difficulties.
Problem communication
If it is not possible to comply with this Code of Conduct for any reason, the companies involved will be informed in writing. Working in partnership, we develop a binding action plan in which all necessary improvements are listed and measures and realistic timeframes are defined to rectify the shortcomings. We support the production facility to analyse the causes of the deviations, make suggestions for improvements and check the implementation of the measures.
